Do I have to use all the features of the client profile?
Absolutley not! All of the features of Prospire are optional. Please use the app in the way it best serves your teaching.
How do I add information to my client's notebook, progress photos, and lessons?
To add to the sections in your client's profile, click the red plus button on the right hand side of the section header.
What does the client see from their profile?
Your client can see their goals, progress photos, and the lessons you assign them.
Can I change some of my client's health information?
Some of the clients' health info is editable. Swipe right on the info you'd like to change. If it is editable, you will see the word edit pull out from the right. Click the edit button and enter the information.
How do I know that my client has done their homework?
When your client finishes their homework, they have the option to mark it as completed. After doing so, the checkmark next to the lesson name on their profile will appear green.
How do I use the green microphone button in the client notebook?
Simply click the microphone button and wait for the text "I'm listening" to appear. The button will also turn red. Start speaking your notes. The app will not write out the text as you dictate. Once you click the button again to stop dictation, your text will appear. If you want to see the text write out as you speak, use the microphone button that appears on the keyboard.
Can I add non YouTube or Vimeo video links to my lessons?
No, as of now we only accept YouTube or Vimeo links. If you have a suggestion reguarding video hosting services, please feel free to contact us.
Can I join/operate more than one studio?
Yes! Click the "Studios" option from the pull out menu bar on the home screen, then follow the instructions to join or create a studio.
